Professional Services Manager – Education Project Management Team

We’re hiring a Professional Services Manager to lead our Education Project Management team through the successful delivery of multi‑product, high‑impact projects across the UK.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and grow a team of Project Managers and Coordinators
  • Oversee complex implementations across education, payroll, and HR
  • Embed best practice frameworks and Ways of Working (WOW)
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product
  • Drive revenue delivery, margin management and project forecasting
