Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of related experience; Master’s with 4+ years; PhD with 1+ year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data architecture for large, high-volume datasets.
• Establish and enforce data governance frameworks, data quality standards and privacy compliance.
• Guide peers on database and data lake sources and security requirements (RBAC/ABAC, masking, key management).
• Translate data structures into actionable insights using BI/analytics tools and dashboards.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to understand and solve business problems.
• Design semantic models and certified datasets for reliable NLP/AI-assisted BI (Power BI Copilot, Tableau Agent, Snowflake Cortex).
• Build enterprise data warehouses and data lakes; manage data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows.
• Ensure data quality and security across the data stack.
