Job summary

Adecco is recruiting for a Night Shift - Production / Warehouse Operative (Counterbalance FLT) in the Malvern area. The role is on night shifts Monday to Thursday, 8:00pm to 6:00am, with an immediate start and full training provided.

You will operate a Counterbalance FLT, support warehouse and production, pick/pack orders, unload/load vehicles, and maintain accurate paperwork in a safe, clean environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence
• Previous warehouse and/or production experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Reliable, hardworking and self-motivated
• Flexible approach to work
• Ability to work alone and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
• Supporting warehouse and production operations
• Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Completing and checking paperwork accurately
• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
• Following all health & safety procedures
• Working independently and within a team
