The Operations Department is responsible for turning raw materials into completed, quality-controlled products via a series of precise production processes. You'll work as part of a skilled team ensuring all procedures are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support senior technicians and team leads in maintaining production schedules and meeting output targets.
  • Carry out general housekeeping and equipment cleaning duties to maintain high GMP standards and prevent cross-contamination.
  • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) accurately and safely.
  • Report any issues, deviations, or equipment failures promptly.
  • Participate actively in safety initiatives, accident investigations, and risk assessments.
  • Complete all equipment cleaning records and logbooks accurately.
  • Work closely with team leaders to develop your skills, complete training, and maintain up-to-date compliance records.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and 5S initiatives across the site.
  • Assist with loading/unloading, product inspection, and equipment operations as needed to support production flow.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous production or manufacturing experience.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow processes accurately and maintain quality standards.
  • Flexible and adaptable attitude to shift work and changing priorities.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Shift Pattern
  • 2 x Day Shifts: 07:00 - 19:00
  • 2 x Night Shifts: 19:00 - 07:00
  • Then 4 days off.
Why Join Us
  • Competitive pay at £16.19 per hour
  • Opportunity to develop your technical skills in a clean, safety-focused environment.
  • Comprehensive training and support provided.
  • Long-term opportunities for progression within a structured and supportive team.
  • Shift pattern offering excellent work‑life balance.
