Adecco Group UK & Ireland is seeking a Production Technician in Cinderford. The role involves operating a range of bespoke machinery in a heavy plant environment with full training provided. You will work in small teams, adhere to high health and safety standards, and develop across all plant sections.

The position offers two rotating shifts (6am–2pm, 2pm–10pm) with potential move to a three-shift pattern. Training starts on an 8am–4pm shift, with a view to permanent placement.

Formación

• Previous experience in a Manufacturing/Production environment with machinery.
• FLT Counterbalance license is desirable.
• Health and safety and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Operate a range of bespoke machinery in a heavy plant environment.
• Be trained to operate a range of machinery and equipment across sections of the plant.
• Operate FLT/VNA and sling/winch equipment with full training provided.
