Our client, a growing FMCG manufacturer with cutting-edge, fully automated production lines, is looking for a Production Technician to join their high-performing team in Telford. The Role

Operate and maintain production lines, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime

• Identify faults and troubleshoot technical issues on the line
• Lead and support line operators, driving efficiency and productivity
• Conduct line changeovers and ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards
• Work closely with development teams to implement improvements and new processes
• Take ownership of your line’s performance and continuous improvement

About You

• Technically competent with a strong mechanical mindset
• Confident problem-solver who works well under pressure
• Effective communicator who can lead a small team on the line
• Eager to learn new techniques and technology
• FMCG, food, or process industry experience desirable but not essential
