Job description
Purpose

To safely manufacture custom-designed electronic hardware to meet customer, regulatory, and specification requirements, as part of a collaborative Production Team.

Responsibilities
  • Manufacture products in line with standard practices, build instructions, and safety requirements, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
  • Operate production equipment and tooling correctly, ensuring all tools are safe and fit for use, and promptly reporting any issues to the Production Manager.
  • Follow safe working practices at all times, including correct use of PPE where required.
  • Adhere to Quality Management System (QMS) processes, procedures, and work instructions to maintain product conformity.
  • Apply a “Right First Time” approach to all tasks, ensuring consistent quality standards throughout the build process.
Knowledge /
Required
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar manufacturing or production role.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and wiring diagrams.
Ideal
  • Qualification in Electronics Engineering.
