Are you seeking an exciting NIGHTS / DAYS opportunity to join a dynamic production team?

We are seeking a Production Team Operative with a strong emphasis on dexterity, some forklift operation (training offered), manual handling capabilities, and computer skills.

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the seamless and efficient production process within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment with precision and care, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standards.
• Utilise your dexterity and attention to detail to handle products accurately.
• Safely operate a forklift to transport materials (training given) and products as needed, adhering to strict safety guidelines and procedures.
• Engage in manual handling tasks, including lifting and organising products, while maintaining safety and efficiency.
• Use computer systems to input data, manage inventory, and generate necessary reports.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
• Contribute proactively to problem-solving efforts to enhance production processes and outputs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in a production or warehouse environment.
• Proficiency in operating a forklift and a valid forklift licence (Flexi FL - Training can be given).
• Strong manual handling skills.
• High level of dexterity and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills with familiarity in data entry and inventory management systems.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Hours are: 4‑ON / 4‑OFF Cycle

Days: 6 am to 6 pm

Nights: 6 pm to 6 am

Additional Overtime offered on the in-between days.
