PAUL UK in Oxford is seeking friendly, energetic team members to prepare and serve a range of PAUL favourites with top quality and presentation. You will help craft sandwiches and croissants while ensuring customer satisfaction and a welcoming atmosphere.

As part of PAUL UK, you’ll work with colleagues to maintain high standards, follow safety and production procedures, and contribute to a smooth daily operation in a fast-paced environment. Flexible hours and on-site roles are available.

• Creating exceptional customer experiences - whether you’re assembling sandwiches or baking croissants.
• Being a supportive teammate - you’ll work closely with colleagues, helping wherever needed and contributing to a positive, productive atmosphere.
• Following our production and safety standards - you’ll uphold our food safety practices and production processes, ensuring consistency and excellence in every item prepared.
• Getting stuck in where it counts - from daily tasks to occasional extras, you’ll follow management guidance and help keep the shop running smoothly.
