A fresh produce company in Gravesend seeks Production Team Leaders for night shifts (Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday). Candidates will lead a section of the Production Team in ensuring that production targets are achieved while adhering to food safety standards. • Location: Unit K, Springhead Enterprise Park, Northfleet, Gravesend

PrepWorld is looking for Production Team Leaders- Nights t to take daily responsibility for the first-line management of a section of the Production Team within our busy Fresh Cut Fruit Factory. You will lead by example on the production floor, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and team engagement.

Main Duties:

• Completion of related administration and paperwork (Training provided)
• Management of labour costs for your team
• Management of waste levels for your team
• Ensure products meet customer specifications

• Ideally experienced in running a team in a busy food environment
• Reliable and flexible, with a pro‑active approach to problem solving
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Basic English and numeracy skills
