Job summary

Dunbia is seeking Team Leaders to join our production shifts operating a 4 on 4 off pattern. You will support, monitor and meet production requirements while contributing to the company's growth.

The role requires readiness at shift start, ensuring orders are produced to specifications with proper quality and labeling, and maintaining accurate shift records for quality data. You will report anomalies to the Production Manager and assist in achieving targets on quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of production and customer specifications.
• Previous supervisory experience in a production environment.
• Experience with accurate record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Be ready at shift start and perform specified checks accurately and timely.
• Ensure orders are produced and packed to customer specs, with attention to quality and label accuracy.
• Record all information generated during the shift on the appropriate sheets, quality data sheets.
• Report anomalies to the Production Manager for timely corrective action.
• Understand changes to product and customer specifications and testing procedures to meet standards.
• Support Production Manager in achieving targets on quality, yield, giveaway and efficiency.
• Complete SOP training with operatives to meet QAS.
