Production Line Leader – Lead, Improve, Inspire

We’re looking for a Production Line Leader to join a forward-thinking manufacturing team. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll bring your technical expertise, leadership skills, and passion for continuous improvement to drive quality, safety, and productivity on the shop floor.

What you’ll be doing
  • Leading and coordinating your team to meet production targets
  • Troubleshooting equipment issues and driving root cause analysis
  • Coaching operatives to meet high standards and improve performance
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with manufacturing standards
  • Supporting lean and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Providing cover across other production areas when needed
What you’ll bring

  • Experience in machine operation, fault‑finding, and repair
  • A proactive, hands‑on approach with a calm attitude under pressure
  • Confidence using IT systems, including ERP platforms
  • Flexibility to work across multiple sites during training
  • Living within a reasonable commute of the production facilities

This role will initially be based at one site, with regular travel to another location. A full relocation to the new facility is planned for next year.
