Overview

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for continuous improvement and team development? We're looking for a proactive Production Team Leader to join our client\'s growing manufacturing team, supporting operations across their site. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key role within a fast-paced, automated production environment.

Responsibilities
  • As a Production Team Leader, you will:
  • Lead and coordinate day-to-day activities of production operatives to meet output targets and quality standards
  • Carry out real-time equipment problem-solving and root cause analysis, escalating issues where necessary
  • Train and coach team members to operate machinery safely and efficiently, providing regular feedback and support
  • Complete and maintain accurate production documentation, including logbooks, cleaning records and risk assessments
  • Champion Current Good Manufacturing Practice and 5S visual management standards across your area
  • Identify and deliver Lean Six Sigma improvement projects to enhance productivity and reduce waste
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
  • Provide cover for other production areas as required
What we\'re looking for

  • Comfortable using ERP systems and confident with IT
