About you

You will have experience managing a small team within an Food manufacturing environment. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a passion for people management. Previous experience Operating Machinery, and managing people setting up and running a fast paced, high volume production line. You will be ambitious, looking to further your career and embed yourself within the business, yet not be shy of rolling sleeves up and getting stuck in where needed, like most others in the business.

The Role

You will manage a small team of operatives along the production line, they will report directly into you, and you will be responsible for their performance. You will look after food safety and hygiene and monitor the KPIs of your team, regularly checking in with your manager, as well as setting the machines and being hands on when needed.
