Job summary

PrepWorld in Northfleet, Kent, is recruiting a Production Team Leader for day shifts in our busy Fresh Cut Fruit Factory. You will lead a first‑line team, monitor daily output, safety and quality standards, and support continuous improvement on your line.

Hours are Wednesday to Saturday, early starts, with progression through three pay levels (£13.34, £13.66, £16.16) after training; benefits include on‑site parking with charging points and subsidised staff restaurant.

PrepWorld is seeking a Production Team Leader days.

In this role, you will take daily responsibility for the first‑line management of a section of our Production Team, ensuring smooth, efficient operations within our busy Fresh Cut Fruit Factory. You will lead by example, support colleagues on the shop floor, maintain high standards of safety and quality, and help drive continuous improvement across your area.

Main Duties:

• Completion of related administration and paperwork (Training provided)
• Management of labour costs for your team
• Management of waste levels for your team
• Ensure products meet customer specifications

• Reliable and flexible, with a pro‑active approach to problem solving
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Basic English & numeracy skills
