Job description

Responsibilities

To lead the production and staff on the production line, ensuring the smooth running of the production process and that all products meet specified specifications and packaging requirements. Targets and deadlines must be met to fulfill orders.

Take full responsibility for the production line, including team leadership, support staff training, maintaining quality targets, and ensuring smooth operation of production processes. Set up new lines, prepare for production, install printers, print labels, supply lines with correct products, and prepare packaging and equipment. Look after machinery and enforce safe practices.

Manage, develop, and motivate staff. Provide employee training and maintain a training matrix.

Maintain clear communication with all staff members, both verbally and in writing. Ensure Health & Safety rules and regulations are followed during each shift, addressing all related matters in line with company policies.
