A biotechnology company is seeking a Production Team Lead in Newport, Wales, to oversee safety, quality, and budget delivery for production. The successful candidate will manage the production team, ensure adherence to production schedules, and continuously improve performance. The Production Team Lead is responsible for the safety, quality, OTIF and budget delivery of assigned production targets by effectively leading a production team.
