About the Role

The Production Team Lead is responsible for the safety, quality, OTIF and budget delivery of assigned production targets by effectively leading a production team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver OTIF and on‑budget production schedule within safety and quality standards within area of responsibility.
  • Daily management and support for the team to efficiently achieve production targets.
  • Measure and report departmental KPI’s & elevate through tier meetings and/or required means.
  • Collaborate with production planning & scheduling, Technical Operations, Engineering, QC, QA and relevant functions to ensure efficient allocation of resources and adherence to production schedules.
  • Continuously improve production performance by proposing, coordinating and executing corrective and continuous improvement actions (people, product, process and technology improvements).
  • Monitor, control and improve costs within area of responsibility.
  • Lead, motivate and develop the production team to achieve production goals.
Required Competencies
  • Experience in GMP and/or ISO13485 industry.
  • Previous laboratory production experience.
  • Relevant line management experience.
