Production Supervisor (Progression to Manager)

Commutable from High Wycombe, Slough, Reading, Watford, Maidenhead, Windsor, Aylesbury, and surrounding areas

Are you from a Production / Manufacturing or Line background with any supervisory or team leadership experience, looking for a highly autonomous role where you will be given support to step up into a Production Manager role, gaining further responsibility and helping to shape other's careers?

On offer is an opportunity to progress your career into a Production Manager role, leading a small site for an international organisation, where you will be able to make the role your own as you gain further investment to become a highly skilled leader.

This company are an international organisation who are part of a wider group. You will be working on a close-knit site with around 15 members of staff.

On offer is a role where you will progress into Production Management. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the Production department, including implementing continuous improvements and working with colleagues to ensure high quality and health and safety.

This role would suit someone who has any level of leadership skills within a production / manufacturing or relevant industry, looking for a days based role within a friendly team, where you can make a positive impact on the future of the site.

The Role:

• Monday - Friday, 40 hours (days)
• Leading the day to day running of production on site
• Continuous improvement
