The ideal candidate will have experience in production or manufacturing, with leadership skills and a passion for continuous improvement. This company are an international organisation who are part of a wider group. You will be working on a close-knit site with around 15 members of staff.
On offer is a role where you will progress into Production Management. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the Production department, including implementing continuous improvements and working with colleagues to ensure high quality and health and safety.
This role would suit someone who has any level of leadership skills within a production / manufacturing or relevant industry, looking for a days based role within a friendly team, where you can make a positive impact on the future of the site.
