• Previous experience in a production supervisory role within a similar environment.
• Experience in food manufacturing is highly beneficial.
• Experience of reviewing and developing working practices and SOPs.
• Experience of staff management including recruitment, appraisals, and development.
• Experience of achieving production KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead all production operations within the assigned area.
• Manage Line Supervisors and production teams.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate production schedules.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct regular team briefings, performance reviews, and staff appraisals.
