Job summary

My Client, a specialist manufacturing business designing and building lights for Aerospace, Maritime and contract markets, is expanding and hiring a Production Supervisor to help keep production running smoothly.

This role reports directly to the Production Manager and is ideal for someone who leads from the floor, maintains tight standards, and supports a team to deliver efficient, high-quality output.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing environments with ISO 9001 knowledge.
• 3+ years supervisory experience and 2+ years manufacturing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assembly environment to support efficient manufacture and consistent adherence to procedures
• Ensure traceability throughout the manufacturing process
• Drive day-to-day compliance with safety protocols and operational standards
• Train, mentor and motivate team members on equipment usage and assembly procedures
• Support troubleshooting of mechanical issues with manufacturing equipment, and coordinate repairs when needed
• Help implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality
