Role Overview

We are seeking a hands‑on Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the production floor. The role involves managing workflow, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and leading a team to meet production targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate production activities across multiple product lines.
  • Monitor quality control processes to maintain high standards.
  • Train, motivate, and manage production staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement process improvements.
  • Achieve production targets and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with departments such as Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Logistics.
  • Operate and maintain machinery as required.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in food manufacturing (confectionery experience desirable).
