Working Hours

• 39 hours per week
• 2 or 3 shift rotation including day shift, late shift and night shift

Main Assignment

As a Production Supervisor you will oversee day-to-day operations ensuring production activities are maintained and run smoothly and efficiently.

As a Production Supervisor, You Are Accountable For

• Lead and motivate a team of production operatives, providing guidance, support, and on-the-job training.
• Organise daily workload to ensure production schedules are met.
• Identify and resolve issues
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to keep everything running smoothly
• Train new staff and support team development through coaching and feedback.
