A family-owned food company in Sittingbourne seeks a Finishing Supervisor to lead and inspire the team in ensuring the highest food quality standards. Responsibilities include managing workflow, maintaining safety standards, and supporting team development. Ideal candidates will have some experience in a food manufacturing environment and NVQ Level 2 in Catering. Excellent benefits include paid breaks and a staff profit share.

As our Finishing Supervisor, you’ll lead the team that dishes up and adds the final flourish to our remarkable meals. You’ll make sure every meal meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and pride.
