Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor required for a well-established and highly successful processing facility. This is an excellent opportunity to join an industry leading company offering a days-based role. Reporting into the company’s Production Manager role, you will be responsible for overseeing a production team of 70 and ensuring production KPI targets are achieved.

The Production Supervisor Role

• Oversee a team of 70 – including one supervisor and three team leaders
• Approximately 80-90% shop floor based, with some administrative duties
• Organising production activities
• Support the further recruitment of production staff and provide ongoing support and training to the team
• Ensure KPIs are achieved and costs are kept to or below budget
• Process improvements
• Work alongside H&S team to ensure safety on site – includes carrying out risk assessments
