Job description

CREM Recruitment has been appointed to recruit for this fantastic growing business who are looking to recruit a Production Supervisor to oversee a growth initiative, driving productivity and efficiency as they move to a higher volume production environment.

Reporting to the Manufacturing and Logistics Manager you will take the lead on this exciting continuous improvement project.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan resource allocation.
• Ensure productivity KPIs are maintained / exceeded.
• Liaise directly with agency staff and suppliers.
• Manage performance and support training initiatives.

Working Hours and Pay

Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm

c. £30,000 - £35,000 dependent upon experience and attitude.
