In our standalone factories, youll join a dedicated team responsible for mixing, processing, and packaging our world-famous doughnuts, fresh and ready to ship to local stores and supermarket shelves. Its fast-paced, hands‑on work where every role plays a key part in our success.

What Youll Be Doing

As Shift Manager, youll be the engine that keeps our operations running smoothly. Leading the shopfloor, coaching your team, and keeping every doughnut to Krispy Kremes standard of quality, consistency, and safety.

Lead and motivate teams, ensuring performance targets and quality standards are consistently met

Champion health & safety, cleanliness and process compliance

Oversee daily workflow and staffing, acting as the most senior leader on site when required

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of ownership, respect, and kudos

What Were Looking For

Proven leadership in a Food Manufacturing or FMCG environment

A hands‑on people manager with a passion for coaching and development

Good understanding of continuous improvement principles and production efficiency

Confident with numbers, data, and digital systems

Great communicator and team collaborator
