Job summary

Elevation Recruitment Group are supporting a global leading manufacturer in Lincoln for a Production Shift Manager. You will own shift operations, ensure production schedules are met, and develop your team to perform at their best.

You will drive continuous improvement, champion quality and safety, manage resources and communicate across shifts to meet customer delivery targets, with shifts including early, night and afters. Previous manufacturing leadership in heavy industry is preferred.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience within manufacturing, ideally heavy industry.
• Knowledge of modern manufacturing techniques, quality systems, and CI methodologies.
• Strong leadership skills – able to motivate, coach, and develop a shift-based team.
• Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently supporting a global leading manufacturer in their search for a Production Shift Manager to join their facility in Lincoln.

You'll take ownership of shift-level operations across the department, ensuring production schedules are met and your team is engaged, developed, and performing at their best. You'll be hands-on in driving continuous improvement, championing quality, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Hours: earlies/nights/afters rotational

Earlies - Monday - Thursday 6-2, Friday 6-1

Nights - Sunday - Thursday 10 - 6

Afters - Monday - Thursday 2 - 10, Friday, 12:45 - 6:45

Key Responsibilities of the Production Shift Manager include:
