Shift Pattern

• Monday to Friday AM (06:00-14:00)
• Monday to Friday PM (14:00-22:00)

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate day‑to‑day production activities to achieve operational targets.
• Champion a strong safety culture by ensuring all health and safety protocols are consistently followed.
• Conduct routine equipment and machinery checks to ensure they are operating efficiently and safely.
• Work closely with leadership to identify and implement improvements in production processes.
• Monitor and report production output, maintaining accurate records and addressing any variances.
• Foster a team‑oriented environment focused on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

About You

• Previous experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing or production environment is essential (food or FMCG desirable).
• Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of motivating and managing teams.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and high attention to detail.
• Able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Confident communicator with effective verbal and written communication skills.
