Overview

A client of ours in the Witham area is recruiting a Production Scheduler to join their team ASAP. This is a full-time, temporary‑to‑permanent position working Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm, with pay ranging from £14.42 to £16.82 per hour (£30,000 – £35,000 per annum) depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Planning and coordinating production schedules to meet customer and project deadlines
  • Liaising with multiple departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely shipping
  • Managing client information, purchase orders, and supply coordination
  • Monitoring and maintaining stock levels and material availability
  • Compiling data for KPI reports and attending progress meetings with teams and clients
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in production scheduling or planning (manufacturing or engineering preferred)
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, IF statements, etc.)
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure
  • Positive and professional attitude with the ability to build strong working relationships
