We are also a reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager, your role is to ensure that customer Repairs are properly scheduled and validated in line with Customer requirements. You will be responsible for analysing the completeness and scheduling of Repair Orders (WO), considering our Customers priorities (represented by the Sales Administration Department), the spare parts availability (contact with the Sourcing Department) and available capacity / labour (contact with the Workshop). Here are a few key responsibilities that you will perform in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Planning Activity Analyse Repair Orders (part availability, customer agreements) and resource availability implement necessary actions with production teams to adjust resource availability (parts, tools, capacity) to meet the site's production deadline objectives.
  • Coordination and Monitoring activity adjust schedules according to delays, contingencies, and customer priorities ensure alerts and critical issues escalation to the appropriate level and facilitate effective decision-making.
  • Analysis and Synthesis activity measure adherence to developed schedules identify causes of delays (schedule delays and contractual deadline delays) be accountable for the causes of non-performance in production lines.
  • ERP Data Control and Monitoring ensure the integrity of production data (status of repair orders, operation tracking, standard time maintenance) and their accurate updating monitor and alert in case of deviations update ERP data (start date/end date) for repair orders (WO).
