Location: Poole, Dorset
Salary: Competitive (DOE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00-17:00 (40 hours per week)

Are you an experienced Production or Quality Supervisor with a background in electrical manufacturing or control panel assembly? The Role

You will be leading a small team of skilled technicians, ensuring that all production activities are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Your role will combine team supervision, hands-on testing, and continuous improvement to help drive quality, compliance, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
