Role

Position: Production Planning Manager | Location: Liverpool | Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + benefits

Our client is a leading manufacturing company based in the Liverpool area with a long history of producing high quality products.

• The role will attract planning professionals from a manufacturing background with fairly complex product assemblies experience.
• The schedule of manufacture will be produced by a small team of 5 using MRP/ERP systems and is focused on ensuring the capacity of internal processes is maximised to hit on-time delivery levels.
• Planning is produced in advance but requires daily flexibility to match production capabilities to smooth finished goods requirements in line with raw material lead times.

• You will be a confident and experienced Production Planning Manager with a positive approach who thrives on improving production performance through innovative and first-class planning skills.
• You must have an eye for detail and be analytical, but also comfortable dealing with potentially difficult situations with a constructive outcome.
• Be consistent, positive, and energetic in your approach.
