You will play a vital role in shaping and driving planning systems through the startup and ramp-up of a new facility. Qualifications

• 2-5 years production planning experience.
• Experience in FMCG/Food & Drink/Pharmaceutical industries.
• Experience with batch manufacture desirable.

Responsibilities

• Generate and coordinate production plans across 0-12 week horizons.
• Optimize manufacturing sequences for maximum efficiency.
• Create and release production orders.
• Maintain planning system parameters in ERP/SAP.
• Lead weekly planning meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Manage new product introduction planning activities.
• Monitor production order fulfilment and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate inventory management and rework plans.
• Ensure material availability with Vendor Schedulers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
