Ernest Gordon Recruitment is recruiting for a Production Planner (Precision Engineering) in Southwark, London. The role offers £40,000-£50,000 plus equity, a company bonus, and strong progression within a rapidly growing startup.

You will generate and maintain production schedules, liaise with team leaders and suppliers, and update the ERP/MRP system to drive improvements. Training is provided for bespoke systems as needed.

Are you a Production Planner or similar looking for a varied and exciting role within a forward-thinking, fast-growth company with an international presence who are seeing major growth in UK operations providing the chance to play a key role in business growth and to continually upskill yourself?

This company specialises in the manufacture of precision components for a range of major industries including Aerospace, Defence and Robotics with a presence across multiple continents. They have recently established UK operations through numerous factories and are looking to hire new staff to help drive this growth.

This varied role will see you working both autonomously and with the other Production Planners and Planning Manager as you generate and update production schedules and liaise with other departments and suppliers. You will also be responsible for analysis, reports and updating the MRP / ERP system with opportunities to upskill yourself and undertake continuous improvement methods, as you make a direct impact on the business going forward.

This position would suit a Production Planner or similar looking for an exciting, autonomous role within a dynamic start up who provide an exciting workload and the chance to continually progress your career
