Production Planner – Poole

£20.00 per hour | 37.5 hours per week | Temp to Perm (6-month contract)

Location: Poole, Dorset

What you will do
  • Coordinate production plans and schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Analyse data, balance workloads and create accurate reports.
  • Use SAP to update planning systems and maintain documentation.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Production and Sourcing teams to solve problems.
  • Spot opportunities to improve efficiency and challenge existing processes.
  • Support the planning team and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture.
What we are looking for
  • Experience in production or manufacturing planning.
  • Confident communicator who enjoys working across teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • SAP experience is highly desirable.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
