Job summary

Belcan is advertising a Production Planner to join a major commercial shipbuilding programme on a contract basis. The successful candidate will develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring materials, capacity and resources align with project needs.

The role requires strong SAP experience for production planning, scheduling, reporting and master data management, plus proven ability to manage complex multi-level BOMs in a heavy manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Production Planner or similar role.
• Experience managing complex production schedules and multi-level BOMs.
• Background in fabrication, heavy manufacturing or engineering environments.
• Shipbuilding experience would be highly desirable.

Production Planner

We are seeking an experienced Production Planner to join an exciting commercial shipbuilding project on a contract basis. Please note that Ltd company engagements are not available for this position

The successful Planner will be responsible for developing and maintaining production schedules, ensuring materials, capacity and resources are aligned to meet project requirements. Strong experience using SAP is essential, being used for production planning, scheduling, reporting and master data management.
