Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production plans in line with forecasts and stock levels.
  • Adjust schedules in response to changing demand and supply conditions.
  • Coordinate with procurement to secure raw materials and packaging.
  • Collaborate with operations, warehousing, and logistics to align supply chain activities.
  • Analyse production data to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain ERP/MRP planning systems and provide management reports.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards in planning processes.
