Production Planner

Salary: £35k - £45k

Monday - Friday 07:30 - 16:30 (early finish Friday)

Exhall - On site role

Full Time Permanent

We are looking for a production planner that has strong experience in an engineering environment, understands machining processes and timelines to join a precision engineering company that will offer you work variety, is down to earth and easy going.

What will you be doing?

• Working alongside the foreman & MD to create production plans & forecasts to ensure on time delivery.
• Monitor & manage existing stock levels of material.
• Order in new material & tooling for jobs as needed
• Liaise directly with both customers & suppliers as needed

What will make you stand out from the crowd?

• Strong knowledge of CNC milling practices, processes & turnaround times.
• Previous experience working in a similar role in a precision engineering company.
• Not afraid to pick up the phone and talk with customers & suppliers as needed.
