Gordon Murray Group in Windlesham is seeking a Production Planner to maintain the detailed production schedule and build sequence, ensuring shop orders and build instructions are released on time.
You will monitor progress, re-sequence when needed, collaborate with Material Planners, and communicate risks to Production and management to keep the plant moving toward high-precision vehicle builds. This role requires you to log misses, maintain ERP/MRP data, and present build risks at daily reviews.

We are looking for a Production Planner to play a key role in controlling and coordinating the detailed production schedule and build sequence at Gordon Murray Automotive. Working within the framework set by the Production Planning & Change Control Manager, you will ensure day-to-day builds are achievable, well-coordinated and communicated effectively.
As a key link between Production, Material Planning and management, you will monitor build progress, manage changes and respond quickly to disruption. Your analytical approach, attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure will help maintain a stable and effective production plan.
You will be responsible for maintaining the detailed production schedule and build sequence, ensuring shop orders and build instructions are released accurately and on time. You will monitor performance against plan, identify risks and re-sequence production when required to maintain manufacturing flow.
