Get ready to take the lead on all things planning! You’ll be the mastermind behind managing our finished goods and raw materials, ensuring we hit maximum efficiency while delivering top-notch customer service. Picture yourself collaborating with the manufacturing team to create powerhouse plans that are both achievable and optimized for success! On top of that, you’ll be working closely with procurement to guarantee raw materials are always on hand and fostering awesome relationships with suppliers. This is your chance to make a huge impact and keep everything running like a well-oiled machine!

Hours: 3 on 2 off, 06:00-16:00

What You’ll Be Doing

Here’s where you step in and make things happen! From shaping plans to keeping everything running like clockwork, these are the key responsibilities and tasks that will have you leading the charge:

  • Mastering finished goods inventory: Keep customer satisfaction at an all-time high while reducing waste. It’s all about getting those orders out right on time, every time.
  • Owning raw materials management: Ensure production flows seamlessly by keeping the raw materials inventory in check and minimizing waste like a pro.
  • Driving customer order success: Process, review, and react! Stay ahead of the curve by analysing customer orders and forecasts, flagging potential issues, and adapting production plans to crush demand.
  • Crafting production & labour plans: Develop short, mid, and long-term strategies, monitoring capacity and swiftly solving any bumps in the road.
  • Creating epic fulfilment plans for seasonal events: From exciting promotions to major product launches and festive seasons like Christmas, you’ll have a plan to meet the challenge.
  • Collaborating with suppliers: Work hand-in-hand with suppliers to ensure smooth deliveries, and hold them accountable by tracking performance.
  • Running inbound transport: Keep materials moving efficiently and deliveries on point.
  • Analysing material yields: Dive into daily, weekly, and annual data, identify issues, and suggest improvements to leadership—your insights will drive change.
  • Maintaining key planning systems: Stay organized and on top of all planning systems and files—MRP, MPS, Yield—you’ll be the go-to expert.
  • Championing new product setups: Lead the charge in setting up new products across Planning and ERP platforms, making sure everything runs like a dream.
  • Supporting the NPD team: Be part of the innovation by helping launch exciting new products and trials.
  • Covering for the team: Be the hero that steps in when your fellow planners are away, keeping everything on track without missing a beat.

Ready to own it? This is where you’ll make your mark!
