Laughton, East Sussex (commutable from: Lewes, Brighton, Eastbourne, Haywards Heath, Uckfield, Burgess Hill, Crawley)

Are you an experienced Production Planner or Scheduler from a manufacturing or engineering background looking to join a progressive company, where you'll play a key role in driving production efficiency and on-time delivery within a global market?

This company is an established and expanding manufacturer within the scientific technology sector. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a proactive and organised Production Planner & Scheduler to join their operations team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimising the production plan using SAP Business One (MRP/MPS). Working closely with Sales, Production, and Procurement, you'll ensure materials and resources are available to meet customer delivery commitments while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and best practice manufacturing techniques.

This role would suit a Production Planner, Scheduler or similar professional with ERP/MRP experience, looking to take ownership of planning and scheduling in a growing and technically advanced business.

The Role:

• Creating, modifying, and maintaining the production plan

• Monday - Friday, office‑based
