Job summary

JDR Recruitment is recruiting for a Production Packing Operator based in a busy food manufacturing site. You will be working within the packing end of production, operating multiple packing machines and ensuring goods are prepared for dispatch.

The role requires previous experience in FMCG or GMP environments, careful paperwork, and a commitment toHealth and Safety and Food Safety procedures. Flexibility and team collaboration are essential.

• Experience in FMCG/GMP environments is required.
• Ability to operate packing machinery and process finished goods.
• Commitment to safety, hygiene and quality standards within production.

Responsibilities

• Based within the packing end of production and run various packing machines.
• Process finished goods, ready for dispatch, adhering to quality specifications.
• Perform tasks to maintain safe, hygienic and efficient manufacture while keeping costs in check.

PRODUCTION PACKING OPERATOR - 6am - 6pm (rolling shifts)

MUST HAVE:

Previous experience in FCMG, GMP, Machine/Packing experience

• Based within the packing end of production
• Responsible for running various pieces of packing machinery and processing the finished goods, ready for dispatch.
• All tasks will be completed in a manner to achieve the safe, hygienic, efficient and best-cost manufacture of all designated products to the required quality, specification and quantity.

• Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to seamlessly adapt to business requirements
• Have a high level of integrity who will maintain high standards.
• Demonstrate a consistent and high performance in Health and Safety and Food Safety procedures.
• Has an understanding of GMP requirements and demonstrates an ability to consistently adhere to these.
• Be confident and competent in accurately in operating machinery and completing paperwork. Demonstrates a willingness to Raise the Bar, by seeking opportunities for improvement of our processes.
