Gripple Limited in Sheffield is seeking experienced production operators to join our Riverside Works team. You will operate production machines, assemble components, and ensure quality while following safety procedures to deliver high-standard products. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

We are looking for technical, enthusiastic and flexible people with a keen eye for detail, and who can quickly integrate into our operations and contribute from day one.
Candidates should ideally have experience operating production machinery, maintaining quality standards, and following established safety procedures. However, experience is preferred rather than essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Based at our Riverside Works site and reporting to a shift leader, your main task will be to operate the production machines, hand assembly jigs and packaging equipment whilst ensuring the product quality is up to standard. Energy, enthusiasm and an ability to do some light lifting are crucial.

Working hours
The position will entail working regular mornings and afternoons Monday to Friday on a two-week shift pattern. Night shift and weekend work may also be required to meet the demands of the business, and you may also be required to help in other areas on site. A flexible, ‘can do’ attitude is therefore paramount.
