Job description

Vibe Recruit are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Production Operator to join a busy manufacturing environment based in Hengoed. This role involves operating production machinery, ensuring products are manufactured to the required quality standards, and supporting smooth day-to-day production operations.

Pay Rate: £12.79 per hour
Shift Pattern: 3-shift rotation

• 6:00am - 2:00pm
• 2:00pm - 10:00pm
• 10:00pm - 6:00am

Key Responsibilities

• Operating production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitoring production processes and reporting any faults or issues
• Carrying out basic quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Following all health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Meeting production targets and working to set deadlines
• Completing relevant paperwork and production records
• Working effectively as part of a team across rotating shifts

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential
