Manpower in Dewsbury is seeking reliable, hard-working individuals to join our production team as Unskilled Production Operatives on a long-term, ongoing contract. The role involves packing orders, feeding machines, and maintaining quality on the production line.

Shifts rotate: mornings and afternoons with total 39 hours weekly; a £14.62 hourly rate with a pay rise to £15.53 after 12 weeks. Applicants must have their own transport or live within walking distance.

Qualifications

• Previous production experience preferred.
• Must be reliable, punctual and a team player.
• Willing to work rotating shifts and adhere to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Packing orders and preparing products for dispatch.
• Feeding machines and monitoring their operation.
• Performing routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure product standards.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment on the production shop floor.
• Supporting other tasks on the production line as required.
