As a Moulding Operative you will be involved in compression moulding of aerospace rubber components. This will entail various duties including cutting blanks, loading and demoulding parts, loading and unloading compression presses, all with multiple tools. It is crucial that you are comfortable working in a hot environment and have a good level of fitness to comfortably operate heavy machinery.

• Previous machine operating / moulding experience.

Role Details

• Temp to perm role with ongoing, full-time work.
• Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 06:30 to 15:30; Friday 06:30 to 11:30 (early finish).
• Pay: £12.21 per hour.
• Holiday entitlement: up to 28 days per year, pro rata.
• Visa sponsorship: We do not accept visa sponsorships.
