Production Operator Roles x 2 (initial Temporary Contract) - Ross-shire. We are looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operators to join our Client's fish processing team.

Responsibilities
  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Prepare, process and pack fish products according to specifications.
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and workplace safety.
  • Carry out quality checks and report any issues.
  • Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
  • Hours are Monday to Friday 7 am - 3.00 pm, 37.5 hour paid working week.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in food production or factory work is an advantage but not essential.
  • Previous knife skills would be advantageous.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work to deadlines.
  • Good attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards.
  • Flexible and reliable with a strong work ethic.
  • Initially the roles are temporary, however, a permanent role may be available after a period on the temporary contract. This should be considered when applying.
  • Full PPE is provided.
  • Candidate must be comfortable working in a cold environment.
