Production Operator

Permanent role - Immediate Starts Available

Deeside | £13.26 per hour | Monday-Thursday 6am to 6pm

Kinetic Recruitment is currently recruiting Production Operators to join a leading manufacturing company in Deeside.

Duties
  • Operating sorting and collation equipment in line with company procedures, with a strong focus on quality control.
  • Monitoring production to ensure it meets required standards, using the tools and equipment provided.
  • Working closely with the shift leader to keep machines running efficiently and ensure production deadlines are met.
  • Checking products visually, as well as verifying weights and sizes with great attention to detail.
  • Packing products in line with quality requirements.
Additional responsibilities
  • Following all health & safety rules and keeping your work area tidy.
  • Wearing the appropriate PPE at all times.
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues and recording handover information to ensure smooth shift transitions.
  • Carrying out any other reasonable tasks as required.
