Job summary

The Hours You’ll Work
  • 07:30am-17:30pm Monday to Thursday
  • 07:30am-17:30pm Tuesday to Friday

MTrec Recruitment are currently recruiting for a prestigious company in the Bishop Auckland area.

The Job You’ll Do
  • Follow standard operation procedure paperwork and follow exact specifications.
  • Hand assembly of a variety of components.
  • Be trained on a variety of departments within your first 12 weeks training period.
  • Quality inspection of a range of components.
  • Have working knowledge of all production departments and understand the systems used.
  • Must be comfortable wearing a variety of PPE, including hairnets, gowns, and other associated PPE.
About You
  • Previous experience in a fast‑paced production environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn more skills on the job.
  • Confidence on the job and willingness to take on more responsibility if necessary.
  • Comfortable working in a clean and sanitised working environment and wearing a variety of PPE.
  • Good time‑keeping and attendance standards are required for this role.
  • Happy to be trained by an experienced lead operator initially.
