Production Operator (Days / 4 Day Week)

Competitive Salary + 4 Day Week + 20% bonus for Saturdays + Training + Overtime Paid at 1.5X + Progression

Location: Enniskillen

We are seeking a hardworking individual to join our thriving manufacturing powerhouse in Scotland and Northern Ireland. The role involves operating the company’s timber processing plant, handling setup, basic maintenance (training provided), and inspection of finished goods. This position offers a friendly team environment, a 4 day week, and generous overtime rates.

THE ROLE

• Setup and operation of timber processing machinery
• Basic maintenance (full training provided)
• Inspection of finished goods
• Shift: Wednesday – Saturday 6:30am – 4:45pm

THE PERSON

• Happy working in an industrial environment
• Experience in a manual job (labourer, construction, farm work, mechanical technician, production operator, machine operator, etc.)
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Commutable to Enniskillen
